Payment process

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express (coming soon). You also have the option of paying by bank/wire transfer.

As soon as you submit an order, your registration key and download instructions are e-mailed to you between 24/48h after order (time for fraud verification). Use the key to activate the software you have already downloaded and installed.

Privacy statement

We do not sell, hire or publicize your e-mail address or any other personal data held in our records.

Upgrades

You receive include 12 months support and maintenance (include minor and major) updates for the software version that you purchase. You are entitled to support (by email or live support) from our engineering team.

We offer remote control for support assistance for Professional and Enterprise license only.

Refunds and our money-back policy

Before purchasing a license, you are provided a 30-day evaluation period to determine whether the Software fits your business needs, works on your computer, and provides the benefits for which you will purchase the Software license.

You do not have to provide Ionworx with a credit card or other purchase information when you download, install or use the Software during this 30-day evaluation period; it is required only when you decide to purchase the software license, at which time the purchase price for the license.

We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the purchase of any license that we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just request a refund.

You agree that if you do not utilize this evaluation period - that is provided at no charge - you voluntarily discharge Ionworx from the obligation to provide such an evaluation period.
